This guide has been assembled, created and produced by Graham Strand, Leaseholder for the past 19 years, ex BTLA Committee Chair and current Associate who is now retired. He believes that the information contained may be of some benefit to Leaseholders, both short and long term, as well as buyers and sellers in the future.
It is not intended to be a legally binding document but just a guide with the intention of helping leaseholders and residents with being able to live a satisfying, informed and happier life during their time at Bedford Towers.
