The Bedford Towers Leaseholders Association ('BTLA') is run by leaseholders for the benefit of leaseholders and residents, and we all give our time for free.
We work with the Managing Agent on issues that affect us all. Here are some of the matters we are now regularly discussing to try and improve:
- Regular meetings about Bedford Towers
- Service Charges
- Liaising on fire safety
- Heating & hot water
- Building repairs
- Section 20 requests
Individual voices struggle to be heard, but as a group with official status, we have a stronger voice united together.

The Association is run by leaseholders for leaseholders residents and is not part of the Managing Agent or the Freeholder (Stardon (Brighton West Pier) Limited). The freeholder recognises us because we operate according to the rules of our official constitution.
